India being a developing nation, the youth is really ambitious. Their list of desires and aspirations is growing. Due to their living-for-the-moment attitude, long-term harm to their health is not a deterrent ENOUGH to stop them from smoking. That's why we gave them a more compelling reason - smoking could stop you from fulfilling your most cherished desires. We depicted it with a tragicomic story of a young smoker whose last wish - of making love to the girl of his dreams – remains unfulfilled, as he dies few minutes earlier than he would have liked. To engage youngsters online, we cast celebrities with contrasting images -India’s most googled adult film star Sunny Leone and probably India's most spoofed celebrity Alok Nath
