The narrative structure follows 3 parts: Act 1 served as the introduction to the characters and their worlds, along with their dreams and ambitions. Act 2 followed them on the journey of achieving their goal - the adventure, the emotion, the excitement and the highs or lows of that journey. Act 3 brought to life the characters’ personal achievement and victory. Having been through this journey, they are now able to taste the fruit of their labour, achieving the goals they strived for. This 3 act narrative structure allowed us to communicate the overall story accurately and succinctly, while driving the energy and the message forward by balancing emotions, people and possibilities. This approach gave us the flexibility and space to adjust the parts and scenarios as we crafted the individual and overall stories.
