Leading up to the Copenhagen, one of the world’s major environmental conferences took place last December in Poznan, Poland. Greenpeace distributed the “Coal Globe” to delegates there to let them know that they were applying much of the necessary pressure to China, in order to pave the way for a more substantive negotiations process in Copenhagen.
