To launch the new global brand campaign, the homepage underwent a dramatic redesign. Banking customers, press, shareholders and job seekers had to be accommodated successfully. So a flash animated showcase was created to revitalise the once text-centric homepage. New graphic sub-menu items were introduced, as were real-time updates of press and information for ‘connectedness’. There’s a new Sustainability section, introducing multimedia content as well as the addition of a new Resource Centre – a stylized interface for reports etc. Results: 29% jump in page views. Re-designed navigation and improved IA resulted 64% page views increase to other sections.
