Citadines Apart’hotel is a relatively new brand in Asia Pacific. Citadines has long been a well established brand in Europe, but virtually unknown in Asia. Citadines was launching four new properties in Bangkok in 2008, and this campaign supported this effort. The primary objectives were two-fold: reach out to the right audience while they are in the right frame of mind to listen to our message; and entice them to explore a brand they had never heard of before. The secondary objective was to drive email registrations, in order to send them future tactical messages about Citadines.
