The Hilton Hotels Summerbreaks campaign objectives were to drive awareness of the Minibreaks program, explain the Hilton Hotels leisure proposition, and drive Minibreaks bookings at Hilton Hotel’s Asia-Pacific properties through hilton.com. One of the key challenges of the campaign, beyond bookings and revenue, was to derive consumer insights. The campaign was designed to track shopping habits and to better understand user preferences. Lastly, reaching out to a busy and time-poor target audience meant that the campaign needed to cut through clutter and provide the user with a depth of information without having to click on the banners themselves.
