GUERLAIN was the first advertiser to employ our Audience Intelligence Platform (AIP) and the Retail Solution to promote its signature perfume. We installed AIP devices at Bus Shelters featuring GUERLAIN’s ad which can detect passersby with smartphone turned-on within the detected area. The device can count every single traffic exposed to the ads in real-time and give analytics about the time and frequency of their visits. Besides, passerby near Bus Shelter can connect to a designated WiFi to get a gift e-coupon. With devices installed in client’s retail outlets, last minute reminders can be sent to e-coupon recipients (those received the coupon at bus shelter) when they are nearby the retail outlets to remind them to redeem gift. The retail solution helps to drive in-store traffic and even sales. Counting function is available at shops as well which can calculate the conversion rate from outdoor ad exposure to indoor traffic.
