Brief Explanation

Inspired by real stories from real people, the commercial tells the story of Jason who has been retrenched and his journey back to employment. It starts with Jason thinking about the past and how he loved his previous job before being retrenched. He struggles as he tries to find a new job. Then, he meets an old friend who tells him about Adapt & Grow and how it helped him with his career. We see a flashback scene of a young Jason being cut from the school football team and eventually becoming a champion track athlete - when one door closes, another opens. Jason gains the courage and decides to move forward and seek employment through A&G. It ends with him arriving at his new workplace and being greeted by his new boss.
