To effectively communicate the message of simplicity behind the bank’s innovative customer service solutions, we demonstrated in the film what they’re not --- high-tech, complicated and unreliable. Hence, we featured two people using a sophisticated messenger app with a motion sensor feature to send messages. We then segue to the product freight to promote the brand’s techie banking solutions that are conveniently accessible, simple to use and dependable. The film was executed with the bank’s brand of humor that’s witty and entertaining. An execution that sets the bank apart from competition --- having an “unbanklike” yet refreshingly real image of keeping things simple.
