This is the story of Manmohan Talwar. In 2009, at the age of 57, Manmohan underwent a bypass surgery. This served as the wakeup call for him. In the search of best exercises to get his health back, Manmohan started running. Moving from a workaholic who worked 7 days a week, he has moved to running 2-3 days a week. Today Mr. Talwar has successfully completed 47 half marathons and won many other accolades. Surprisingly, more than the medals Manmohan has won, he's proud of the fact that even though he started late at the age of 57, he achieved his goals of staying healthy. When his grandchildren ask him how much more he plans to run, Manmohan tells them "Mujhe century maarni hai" (I want to complete a 100 half marathons).’
