This film is re-cut from 1990s Justice Bao TV footage, and re-dubbed in Singaporean English: We open in a tense Chinese courtroom scene presided by Justice Bao. The defendant, a young man, arrogantly declares in his dubbed voice, "Hahahahaha, I think my travel agent is the best in town!" Suddenly, we hear a woman's cries from outside the courtroom. It's his ex-lover, and she whimpers in her dubbed voice, "I... I thought they're unlicensed??" The young man gets a rude shock and panic runs across his face. By now, Justice Bao has had enough of their bullshit, and his dubbed voice screams, "YOU THINK, I THOUGHT, WHO CONFIRM!?" The film ends with supers reminding the viewer to be sure when it comes to checking if your travel agent is licensed.
