This film is re-cut from 1990s Justice Bao TV footage, and re-dubbed in Singaporean English: We open in a tense Chinese courtroom scene presided by Justice Bao. We see an old Chinese mayor and his young son-in-law, and the tension between them is palpable. The old man gets up from his chair and declares, in his dubbed voice: "Justice Bao. I think the hotel provides free breakfast!" The young man counters him immediately, and says in his dubbed voice, "Hah, I thought it's a nine-course dinner?" By now, Justice Bao has had enough of their bullshit, and his dubbed voice screams, "YOU THINK, I THOUGHT, WHO CONFIRM!?" The film ends with supers reminding the viewer to be sure when it comes to checking the terms and conditions.
