Brief Explanation

In 2017 the Summer Universiade is being held in Taipei. Yet Taiwan’s sporting climate is anemic; sporting events often fail to captivate the minds of the Taiwanese populace. Nevertheless, Taiwanese people are extremely hospitable! This film shows a family cleaning up their house in preparation for hosting some guests, and expresses that these actions are the same as top athletes getting ready for a competition! When it comes to “welcoming the world,” the Taiwanese people have the same spirit as athletes, and the same sense of anticipation. The goal is to make everyone aware that this year, they are the “hosts,” and by spreading good hospitality they can all take part in this major sports event.
