Brief Explanation

It's night. A mother waits for the daughter to come home. She has kept food ready for her in casseroles. The daughter comes home and she is hungry, understandably. But instead of eating, being a true hashtag generation she starts clicking pics of the food - food that mom has cooked with her own hands... she goes to the extent of placing moms hand next to the food and clicking. She uploads these photos. And through all of these, the food turns cold. Mom gestures her to put the the casserole into the microwave oven and heat the food up. The girl is taken aback. Casserole directly into microwave? That's when the penny drops and we realise that this is a new revolutionary invention whereby one can out a steel casserole directly into microwave. World's first such innovation.

Execution

The film has no dialogues. No one speaks. Yet, the chemistry between the mom and daughter had to be established. The glances, the thoughts, the moments of despair, of happiness - this film beautifully captures the silence and tells us that the human face is the mirror of the mind.
