At the launch event of Dove's Volume and Nourishment range, the brand reached out to women who needed the product the most – by turning a real problem of thin hair into a real perk. A hair scan measured the thinness of women’s hair, which then completed a promotional barcode – Dove HairCode. The thinner the hair, the greater the discount.
