BRIEF - to increase name recognition of the JAXA’s satellite “Daichi” - to gain a profit from the images taken by “Daichi” and encourage commercial use of them SOLUTION We made an iPad application “Coasting” for this satellite. Unlike Google Earth, this app is simple. Just to enjoy the Earth. People can see beautiful coastlines of islands with the following live sound from the island. (1)Live sound from the shape of the island composed in real time. (2)Music coming from local radio staions on each island in real time Using “Coasting”, people can enjoy the Earth by eyes and ears.
