Background: IKEA’s unique shopping experience is very different from any other retail store in China. So IKEA wanted to enhance customer satisfaction by helping people understand IKEA’s concept and buying process before they visited the store. The Solution We created an online game, a Virtual Ikea Mall, to let people experience every aspect of Ikea shopping.
