Talking or texting while driving is not only extremely dangerous on the road but it is illegal, especially with the new Indonesian Traffic Law, Number 22, Year 2009 that prohibited driver to do anything that can distract the concentration while driving like texting and talking to the phone regardless whether the driver is using a handsfree unit.
