If you have a question, 1234 will answer it. There was, however, something they couldn’t answer - “how can we build a Gen Y Facebook fan base? It had to stay true to their brand mascot – a talking green sock, but he just didn’t interest Gen Y. So we found a real cause that connected to the brand & did something good online. The result? A campaign to donate socks to people in need. One ‘like’ = one pair of socks, with an aim of 12,340. What we set out to achieve in 3 months, happened in just 3 weeks.
