For only US$2,000 all-in, buzz had to be created around Axe Twist on Facebook. An interactive e-mail was sent daring guys to join the Date-A-Babe Promo. Material allowed them to pick their favorite girl (out of 3 choices) and her official date outfit. To win, they had to describe how they were going to keep the girl interested during their date; eventually leading them to Axe Philippines on Facebook. The result? 20% opened, 44.5% clicked, 19,732 new fans for Axe Philippines – and one lucky guy who ended up dating a babe (and the envy of a lot of men!).
