Brief Explanation

In the Philippines, overloading is one of the main reasons for boat accidents and shipwrecks. The campaign encouraged boat passengers to take action by reporting safety violations and boat overloading to proper authorities. The Filipino word for passenger is "pasahero" (pronounced pä-sä-hé-rô). However, if they do their part in ensuring travel safety, they become a "PasaHero". This is the big idea behind the campaign.
