In order to restore the credibility and appeal of the outdated Western Union brand, we needed to reposition it by creating a strong emotional consumer connection and a progressive image in this global tvc. The concept evolves around the question: can one word be an answer to a million different needs? yes! yes! leverages the insight that people all around the world have the same goal of making their daily lives and the lives of their loved ones better. The tvc depicts a global village that feels the effect of Western Union.
