Lack of bandwidth is a big problem in China. It affects both capacity and speed, debilitating business in various ways. One IBM server adopts a faster chipset allowing bandwidth to expand and speed up online transfer, optimizing websites. The emails sent simulated a very familiar slow bandwidth problem—the horrid ‘streak’—in order to grab attention and begin a conversation about the solution.
