Brief Explanation

To give young artists a conducive environment to exhibit their work and have the opportunity to be seen by a wider audience thereby encouraging them in their work.

The Brief

Leo Art is an artists-in–residence programme, designed to encourage creativity in the Fine Arts, by providing artists with a space to express their creative ideas and be seen and appreciated by a wider audience.

How the final design was conceived

An icon of Leo Burnett is the Black Pencil. The big black pencil and writing in pencil are synonymous with Leo Burnett.We transformed this icon to a black paintbrush.

Indication of how successful the outcome was in the market

Leo Art enjoys peaks at the previews and has a decent number of visitors. Each preview has had an attendance of nearly 100 visitors. The appreciation of the work, purchases and appreciation for our effort has been very rewarding. It began with the 1st Season which was a success and then followed up by Season 2, with a new group of artists.
