The challenge is the challenging target of the industry: the creative. The key objective is to design an award annual base on the theme of the Award Show “ Work Hard “.
To do an annual award for the Hong Kong 4As Award Show.
Many rounds of design has been tried out, but mostly turned down. They are either felt to be too gimmicky or too superficial with just pretty design until we reach this idea, which is true and authentic to the basic of every creative: The award annual is designed as an A2 size layout pad. Only one fifth of the page of the annual is printed with the awards and the rest are all blank space for the creative to scribble ideas, design or layouts. The award annual is served to inspire the creative to start working on the following years’ entries.
All 3000 printed copies of the award annual is all sold out in a short period of time.
