Write a short summary of what happens in the radio or audio execution or campaign.

The rise of podcasts in the Philippines has rekindled Filipinos’ pastime of radio dramas. Unlike in videos where actions or VFX can be a stopgap time-filler, every second must be filled with riveting aural content in a podcast. So, to tell the underrepresented stories that mattered most today, Globe and Pride@Tech turned to the focus and spotlight only audio platforms can give.
The Retold With Pride podcast was a retelling of great literary classics for the greater cause of representation and inclusion. With titles like Little Women Loving Women, Pride & No Prejudice, Dragula, Florante and the Trans Kween Awra — the collection of ten audiobooks rewrote outdated views on love and gender, and brought to light LGBTQ+ realities about sex and romance, including controversial topics like threesomes, trans love, and polyamory.  Performed in a Facebook live reading by LGBTQ+ actors, educators, activists. Featured at the country's premier literary festival.

Script & Translation. Provide a full English script and translation of any audio.

SCRIPTS AND TRANSLATIONS (Original language. Story told in diary entries and love letters.) Little Women Loving Women Jess I tried to be what papa calls me, “A little woman.” Not be too brazen. Nor be too bold. Just be content. Instead of wanting  something else.  Instead of wanting  someone else. Pa, how could I explain,  conventional life is not what I wanted.  I’d trade in that picket fence, to wholly come to her defense. The one who makes me smile,  the one who I call mine. Anya Sweet sapphic lover.  She lays quietly,  tenderly, under my ruffled covers. My clumsy hands try to find her map, feeling my way around her holy grounds. One touch and I tremble. Jess She wears her spirit  as she wears her hair. Long, free…  Wild. Her wild lilies. An unforeseen path,  my honest love,  no man is above. Anya Running my fingers through her thick brown hair. Like a maze to unlock, I come through her tunnel. She is my favorite dream always running through my mind. That loving woman, I love to call mine. Jess  And I love her.  My Anya.  That little woman  so much larger than life. RETOLD WITH PRIDE By Globe and Pride@Tech x (Original language) Ibong Adana Somewhere in Alabang, merong mayamang pamilya.
now in Ibong Adana costume with puta red lipstick. Nagyakapan ang buong pamilya and they lived happily ever after! (English Language) The Nightingale Named Adana Somewhere in the kingdom of Alabang, there lived a very wealthy family.  Troye and Marge Melet and their three noble sons.  The first son was Don Peter, the brave one.  The second was Don Diego, the smart one.  And the third, Don Adan, the one with the heart of gold. One night, a wicked nightmare crept and haunted Troye as he slept. Impossible to open his eyes, Troye fell very ill. In the kingdom, a great sadness befell.
The wise doctor said there was only one cure:  To wake Troye from deep sleep,  the “lip-sync for your life” of the Nightingale Adana they must seek. Which could only be found in the lands of Malate, at precisely midnight, not a second too soon nor too late.
And so the first son set out on the quest. Only to find his bravery wasn’t up to the test. Next went Don Diego, the smart one. But the task was harder than the Harvard exam!  And he came home without the Nightingale in hand.
The last hope was Don Adan. On his search for the cure, he met a wise old kween in a rainbow kaftan.  “My child, I see you. The Nightingale Adana is in you! Set yourself free that’s what you should do!” AHA!  The key to the mystery was with Adan all along. The cure to his father’s illness lay in his gown and a song. He just needs to accept himself and make his father happy — through a lip-sync extravaganza that would set them both free. Adan came home as fast as he could in full colorful Nightingale look. At the very strike of midnight, touched up with lipstick that was harlot-red. He walked up to his father’s bed, and with a soft, loving voice said, “Father, this is me, Adan…nnaaah.  The Nightingale Adana!” Then she proudly performed, lip-sync galore, in radiant Pride colors her spirit soared!
Soon, Troye slowly began to open his eyes. Tears of joy dripping down his face. “My son, I’m happy that you are happy.” Troye smiled and hugged Adana tightly. In loving embrace the whole family came together and they all lived happily, fabulously ever after. x (Original language) Dragula When John read, "Bedspace for rent in Marikina” little did he know these five ordinary words would change his life forever. Excited to strike out on his own, John answers the post and meets his new roommate, Van Hidalgo. One night, Van takes John to this club. The doors swing open to the underground world of drag balls. There's an explosion of colors, spectacular outfits, glam and glitter. And when Van takes the stage as Vanity Kween, John saw his destiny. Weeks honing his talent and sexy spooky-queen look, John returns to the ball as Dragula, ready to SLAY. The judges give 10! 10s across the board! And everyone’s spellbound by Dragula's charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent! All except Lucy… Jealous of the attention the new queen is getting, she tears off her pearl necklace and scatters the beads on the runway, hoping it will lead to Dragula's downfall. But then, like a supernatural occurrence, Dragula just glides on the beads and starts voguing in a style no one has ever seen before. Gracefully contorting her body to create all manners of unbelievable poses and shapes. The audience is hypnotized. And Dragula is immortalized in drag herstory as the ball legend who invented 'vamp' voguing. RETOLD WITH PRIDE By Globe and Pride@Tech x (Original language. Story told entirely in haikus.) Memoirs of a Gay Shah In a past lifetime, I walked through these streets before. Will they still love me? So I took the leap, as I walk these streets anew free from my shackles. I’m born to be me. A mask that I was wearing no longer haunting. This is me reborn. Facing my home and myself, I take the first step. I make my way down, enter my family gate, see the town I knew. The love I have shared comes back when I needed it, more than just my home. That moment, I knew, love is to be understood. "Welcome Home, Cindy.” Oh yes, that is me. The first trans kapitana of Bagong Buhay. x The Gay Gatsby (Original English Script) Fresh from Silicon Valley, Gatsby returns with a multi-billion patent, and more importantly, a brand new name. Gay Gatsby is back. Full of pride and no shame. To share his success, Gatsby hosts lavish parties at his Forbes mansion every weekend. Although there are always many in attendance, he still feels alone. Worried it’s his money that's actually won people’s acceptance. Then one evening, he meets Nick, the famous stylist to society’s glitterati. They instantly hit it off, and for once, Gatsby doesn’t feel so alone. But then Tom, owner of “What’s the Tea” tabloid and #1 gossiper, tells Gatsby that Nick is not who he thinks he is. This plagues Gatsby’s mind, so he confronts Nick about the rumor. But when Gatsby tells Nick what Tom told him, Nick just smiles. And it was a smile that felt oddly familiar. A smile he knew from 15 years ago. It’s true, Nick was not who Gatsby thought he was. He wasn’t just some guy Gatsby met at one of his parties. Nick was that young boy from Gatsby’s childhood, who loved and accepted him long before he was the great Gay Gatsby. x Life of Bi (Original English Script) After surviving 227 days of shipwreck, Piers is set free from all of his fears. Jem’s #goals is to get married and have children. Eliza, however, never wanted to be any man’s wife. Searching for her future hubby, Jem goes on different dates but they always end poorly.  Mr. Collins was too proud, talking endlessly about his achievements during their date.  Mr. Bingley was too prejudiced, looking at his phone more than her at dinner.
And Mr. Whickam, blehck, ehck, no thank you sir. Then came Mr. Darcy, who was perfectly pleasant and sweet.  But all Jem could think of on the date was Eliza. Eliza climbing into bed with her that night she was homesick. The notes Eliza leaves her every morning on their bathroom mirror. It hit her.  All her dates were a false start  because her heart  was already with another. She rushes home to tell Eliza, but Eliza’s already asleep. Jem whispers in her ear, "The date was a success. I found the one." x (Original language) Si Malakas at Si Makisig Nagsimula ang lahat nang tuluyang mabiyak

Strong showed off his might, Biceps bursting in moonlight. He broke the bark in two, and another deity came through! With dashing looks and lips of plum, Strong asked him his name, he said “Handsome.” Handsome was so happy Strong helped set him free. And on this freedom their world had been found. Please tell us how the brand purpose inspired the work

Globe is the number 1 mobile network in the country and a huge equality supporter who stands by its brand purpose: To treat people right. To treat people right, we must tell their stories right. But in the Philippines, the LGBTQ+ stories are hiding in the dark. The only stories available in media don’t give the right or even enough representation of the LGBTQ+ community. It’s always the funny sidekick, the slapstick icebreaker or the salon gay archetype. It’s almost brutal. Where is the handsome football superstar in love with another hot athlete, where is the fabulous power of drag, where is the beautiful trans romance, the bi love triangle, the pretty women loving pretty women, among many everyday realities. In collaboration with LGBTQ+ community partner Pride@Tech, Globe wanted to make the LGBTQ+ stories known, represented, included, and celebrated.
