The internet gets a bad rap sometimes. Truth is, it’s a wonderful, wormholey place. From streaming hours of random content to joining forums about things that taste like blue, it’s where everyone belongs, no matter what you’re into. As a carbon neutral telco that’s all about inclusivity, Belong felt compelled to sing about it with a 2-minute love song that ran in prime time radio.

Belong’s brand platform is ‘It Feels Good to Belong’ - a joyful celebration of fun, whimsy and internet- fueled wonder. We knew we needed to embrace that spirit if we wanted to cut through to new audiences, and typical radio campaigns weren’t going to do it. We needed to use a truly evocative medium to remind Australians about their feelings for the internet – so we decided on an honest-to-god love song.
