Write a short summary of what happens in the radio advert

This radio spot's objective is to encourage Thai people to prepare themselves for upcoming old age, by telling them that old age is coming much faster than they think. What an audience is going to hear in this spot is a voice of a young man (and a young woman in another version) teaching people to prepare themselves before getting old. The twist is that when we keep listening through the spot, we can hear that the voice of both announcers is getting older and older, until the end both announcer becomes an old person. This demonstrate how old age comes sooner than people think and encourage people to start prepare themselves to gets old.

When you’re getting old, your body shows significant signs of regressions, But we can prepare our body for that. Start from healthy eating habits with more fiber, less sugar and sodium. Starts working out regularly at least 150 minutes per week. Quit drinking alcohol and smoking. But if you cannot start doing these before 40, You will spend the rest of your life fighting with illness and diseases that sicken both your body and mind. (Cough) Endless illness that can never fully cured and will cost all of your life savings in only few years. Just like I did. Old age comes much sooner than you think.
