In this radio spot we hear several descriptions of what L&P, a local soft drink, tastes like.
L&P, or Lemon and Paeroa is a local soft drink that tastes kinda like Sprite, but kinda more lemony and fizzy. So we asked people how they'd describe it. And as you'll hear from the ad, it's quite hard to pin down the exact flavour profile.
We asked New Zealand to describe the taste, and this is what they said… L&P tastes a bit like finding a lemony oasis after being lost in a desert of thirst topped off with escaping a work meeting on a lemony geyser and that feeling of pouring popping candy down your wetsuit with the sharpness of lemony flying hedgehogs paired with a solid gold New Zealand baby getting splashed in the face by a dolphin in a Hawaiian shirt while simultaneously riding a lemonish, frothy wave on a mall massage chair and subtle notes of doing Bikram yoga in a drinks chiller all topped off with the feeling of being a delicious fruit standing on the bow of the Titanic yelling “I’M KING OF THE LEMONS!” L&P. Refreshingly Different.
