Parents tend to put a lot of their hopes and wishes onto their children. Some more so than others. To the point of living their lives vicariously through their kids. The story follows Lucy, a millennial teenager, who tries to balance between following her heart and what her mum expects of her. Lucy incurs her mother’s wrath by cutting her long hair, going against her wishes. A cold war between them ensues, which Lucy tries to diffuse without luck. Lucy’s mother eventually finds out the real reason behind her actions and learns to accept her daughter’s decisions.
