A wonderful radio commercial was also launched on May 7. Later that day, the online video published in our Facebook page featuring the campaign went viral overnight. The video featured the story of one young individual and his mother who never fails to care. Yet the young individual keeps on neglecting the most valued person of his life. But on Mother's Day, the bond strengthens again when the mother watches her son waiting at the doorstep with flowers. The video portrayed the everlasting emotion mothers keep on holding for us no matter how mean or rude we behave with them.

The video achieved 1.1 million reach and 5000 shares just in 3 days inciting a lot of emotion all over the social media. Most of these shares and reach were organic. The video has been recorded as one of the most shared campaign videos of Bangladesh. The campaign witnessed boundless paradigm of love of all for their mothers through the 5000 voice messages received. Moreover, the emotional affinity Samsung Mobile Bangladesh developed with its customers as a result of this campaign is something any brand would long for.

The eternal bond that we share with our mothers can never be tied up to a single day. Yet Mother’s Day is a day celebrated worldwide to make the mothers feel a little bit more special. We asked everyone to record a voice message for his/her mother in our special hotline number and we forwarded those to the numbers of the mothers on Mother's Day.
