Its beautiful dive spots and musicality make Cebu the ultimate island getaway. Best known for quality guitars and the famous sardine run – a wildlife phenomenon where millions of fish swim in formation – Cebu boasts two appealing but seemingly unrelated propositions. So we worked with one of the world’s top visual effects and animation companies to show both Cebu’s marine life and music – in harmony. The playful TV spot opens with a diver who stumbles upon a school of sardines forming a giant disco ball. They move with music before we pan up to reveal a local guitar being played on a boat.
