Brief Explanation

Sex scandal videos have become rampant in the Philippines despite existing laws. The problem lies in the vagueness of the laws in its implementation and scope. In an effort to have more stringent laws passed in congress, Gabriela Women's Party has launched a movement against 'electronic' violence against women, which include voyeurism and scandal videos. The idea of this campaign was simple: a click can be as brutal as a punch. Hence, the simple act of watching a sex scandal video causes harm to the women in it.
