July is the pick season on both graduation and job hunting. Since our key targets are fresh graduates, and from the observation we sensed these people are lack of confidence per inexperienced, unimpressive educational background and without any specialty. We aimed to encourage our TA to corroborate themselves by getting professional certificate, so that they will have a better chance than other competitors.
