The Brief

1. To create a conference wherein the thoughts, wealth of experience and varied insights from time tested entrepreneurial giants would be accessible to those treading a similar path, but in an atmosphere where an actual cross fertilization of thoughts can take place vis-à-vis a standard conference module 2. To bring together the largest ecosystem of existing/aspiring entrepreneurs across categories, making it Asia’s largest gathering and facilitate networking. Emailer invites were sent to existing customers & media people. New customers made their way through registration at different mini kiosks before the conference & on the spot registration. Apart from it, Branded Reva moved around the city creating awareness about the event.

Creative Execution

It was the perfect platform for the entrepreneurs to interact & network with each other. I–click technology was used in facilitating networking at a conference of this magnitude. Any delegate could key in his/her requirement as well as the date and time where he/she will be available to connect. The information flashed across the plasma screens dispersed around the venue and could be responded to. Web streaming in partnership with Gupshup – was available. During Q&A session, delegates sent their question to a specific short code. Questions were monitored and select questions were displayed on the AV screens. These were then answered by the speakers.

Describe the creative solution to the brief/objective.

The concept for the summit was Enterprising India. The challenge was to liquidize that term “Enterprising India” into a tangible experience over the three days of the conference. Mumbai, which is the symbol of entrepreneurship and financial capital of the country gave the platform for the look & feel of the exhibition for the entrepreneurs. The known places & markets of Mumbai were highlighted through the design. Be it the capturing BEST bus stops or a Vada Pav waala, all was reflected in the conference. The iconic VT station was created on one end of the market place, while the other side was buzzing with activity at the Haji Ali juice station recreated.
