The world's leading beauty brand took serious notice and a sense of responsibility to lead the way in committing to reduce carbon foot print. Garnier committed itself to drive sustainability for everyone by launching a movement “Garnier Green Beauty” to reduce carbon footprint in world. The Movement is crucial especially for Indonesia. Indonesia is the second largest marine polluter in the world which produces 13 ton of waste per minute (World Economic Forum 2020) Garnier Green Beauty Movement was born with the intent to take a concrete step in the fight against plastic waste with recycling program which targets 50 tons of plastic waste per year. Garnier provide the integrated online and offline recycling program, by using mobile apps eRecycle which directly pick up the plastic waste to user’s house and connected to Waste Banks and partners.
