The Mongolian saiga is a critically endangered antelope with a history of over 10 million years. Recent events such as infectious disease, harsh winter, illegal hunting, and food shortage have devastated the population of the Mongolian saiga by 70%, reducing their numbers to only 5,070. (As of January 2020) The Mongolian saiga needed the help of Mongolians to develop a unified policy to protect them. But most Mongolians didn't even know that the Mongolian saiga was endangered or even existed. Therefore we need to introduce the Mongolian saiga back to Mongolians.
