People were going to spend yet another Ramadan under the looming shadow of the pandemic, leaving behind all the rituals that have been formed over the years. One of them being – breaking fast with their loved ones at McDonald’s, because McD will always have something for everyone.That’s why even though McD’s doors were open, people were hesitant to visit – A ritual parents loved and kids enjoyed, yet couldn’t fulfil.So, the question was how do we bring that iconic McD feel good and positivity to their Buka puasa that they miss so much, when they are feeling such fatigue, stress and boredom while they stay at home? This Ramadan, we wanted to remind people of the goodness and positivity that has kept us going through the last year and will keep us going, starting from home.
