To engage with our target and drive action, we have utilized our target’s habit and insight of sending a “Hello Monday” image. The traditional Monday routine was transformed to a happy new brain exercise. It enabled us to sneak in the elderly daily life moment and communicate directly to our target with the power of LINE platform. A routine message of saying hello was transformed to a useful tool and action, helping raising awareness towards dementia and prevent Thais to suffer from losing memories.
Thailand is one of the fastest-aging countries in the world. The number of people aged 60 and over in Thailand now stands at about 13 million, accounting for 20% of the population.
