In Japan, it is the fact that many people with visual impairment are in contact with pedestrians who are using smartphone while walking. I created it as a commercial that calls attention to ordinarily people who are using smartphone while walking. There is a fact that about 50% people with visual impairment experience contact with pedestrians, In order to have the greatest impact on that fact, only white canes and smartphones appeared in the video with minimal and simple expressions. It strongly depicts the fact that the station's platform is the most dangerous. Furthermore, the sign language display is adopted so that more people, such as the hearing impaired, can receive messages.
