Write a short summary of what happens in the film

This campaign is based on people’s unintended prejudice from the name “Hussein.” The intention of the film is to have viewers discover that they had prejudice towards names and nationalities unintentionally. Mr. Hussein was looking for a job in Japan from Iraq. At the time, it was very difficult to find a Japanese job from Iraq due to disputes in the country. There were times when the name Hussein was judged in Iraq and Japan.He mentioned that he even felt that “My life isn’t easy because of my name and nationality.”It was painful that he had to feel that way towards his precious family name. Names are not labels. Good man Service will keep supporting foreigners who are having a hard timing finding a job.The film ends with this message.

Please tell us about the social behaviour and/or cultural insights that inspired your campaign

In Japan, people are very ignorant about foreign workers being treated unfairly. Even though Japan is the fourth largest country of immigrants with 1.46 million foreign workers as of October 2018, the Japanese government made a contradictory statement that there are no immigrants in Japan. In order to create an opportunity to learn and discuss about foreign workers that are discriminated in terms of wages and treatment, we have created a case movie “Discrimination of Foreign Workers by Name”.
