The world is like a book. EVA Air has a complete system of global route to take you to different glorious cities and to see the wonder of the world with world famous poetry.
In response to the rapid increase of people traveling with self-guided tour globally, EVA Air converted travelers’ rational behavior of preferring “in-depth tour” to the emotional concept of “read the world” to communicate its brand appeal.
By using techniques such as papercraft and paper sculpture, we constructed architectures and landmarks from different countries to present the core concept, “The world is like a book”. In the beginning of the film, scenery of Paris popped up from the book. In order to be logical in the papercraft world, we have done many new attempts in the framework and motion part. In the later part of the film, we constructed a scene big enough to present Japanese features which mix new and old using long take technique.
