In a land where civilization has all but ceased to exist, three people arrive on a mission to rebuild the world from scratch. They are Perfume, a techno-pop group and the personification of 5G, the next-generation communication technology. As the three begin to dance in separate locations, miscellaneous objects in one room begin to freely synchronize through IoT, a futuristic disco appears in AR/VR and self-driving vehicles speed off into the distance. A futuristic and manga-like city appears and the three members are transported via drone to the same location. Reunited once again, Perfume start dancing in mid-air, gradually turning into 5G itself and disappearing from sight. The manga-like city slowly becomes present day Tokyo.
