At a summer festival, a guy looks at messages he sent his girlfriend. As he awaits her, he grows irritated she hasn’t read the messages. To cheer up, he plays a video she posted on her social media, but it won’t play due to speed restrictions, causing further irritation. Then he notices a beautiful woman wearing a yukata in the distance. He smiles wide and waves at her, and the girl smiles likewise. They run through the crowded festival stalls with their arms stretched out toward each other, finally about to hug. Fireworks light up the night sky, and as they’re about to embrace, it’s like speed restrictions set in, and all motion stops. Through scenes like this, we show how data speed restrictions cause frustration, and make an appeal for the “Ultra Giga Monster Plus” plan, which allows for unlimited use of eligible video services and SNS.

Above all else, we made a catchy song that can be easily remembered, and the final lyric, "bakkyaro" (an exclamation of frustration) reflects the man's feelings of irritation. In addition, we chose the most frustrating points in the flow of the lyrics and melody to be the points where the music and video stops.
