We sprayed a water resistant polymer over stencils in 25 high-traffic locations in Tampines and when it rained, the water dispersed around the dry spray, revealing the message to the Tampines community. These stencils turn stagnant water, the major breeding ground for Dengue, into the medium for communication, showing the direct relationship between stagnant water, mosquitoes and Dengue.
