Government statistics show that since this activity, there have been 153 new cases of Dengue across 27 areas of Singapore. None of these new cases are from the Tampines area.
The placement was arranged directly between Tampines Town Council and Lowe and Partners Singapore.
The Tampines region of Singapore is a Dengue hot-spot, but the community is under-educated about the major way that Dengue propagates—through mosquitos breeding in stagnant water. So the Tampines Town Council wanted a campaign to make this message clear and instruct people what to do about it. The target audience were the Tampines locals and to reach as many of them as possible, we placed ads in 25 locations in high-traffic regions of Tampines.
