Dentsu decided to Open the festival called "ANIME FEST" with all the anime Dentsu treats. The design needs to symbolizes the anime of various taste.
To raise the recognition that Dentsu is good in the contents business of anime, for people in outside and inside the company.
The universal power of anime is "Make Smile", Design the smile mark which united the "anime film" and "SMILE" The smile mark arranged in five kinds of silhouettes, such as a devil, a robot ,a hero, a princess and bear which remind diversity of anime. To set the background color of the silhouette into 5 colors in which a feeling of the world of each anime. In additional, it expressed the colorful and joyful impression of anime.
While it is a logo mark of the festival, it is also used as an event character. This system raised the quickness of image solicitation. Five kinds of clear file pamphlets which remind the animation cel which has arranged this character won popularity, and it contributed to spreading the pamphlet which served as introduction of anime contents business.
