The idea was to reinforce the new tagline of Bacardi Together to every digital consumer. Our challenge was to create a virtual movement that would translate on to on-ground activity, by bringing people together. We created a customer-facing CRM tool on Facebook - the Bacardi Together Club, where people could interact to win prizes, to be redeemed in the real world. We created Bacardi fans and loyalists who were rewarded for each interaction. The points were redeemable against parties and discounts at pubs, lounges, bars. The Club wall has over 8,000 comments, and close to 5,000 friends invited by members.
