IT How & Why is a professional platform for IT decision makers to access and share latest IT content published by chief editors from top nine Chinese media sources. Considering insights drawn from 2010 PRC B2B Marketing Research, we customized the website structure based on two types of content categorization: hot topic and learning journey. However, since IT How & Why is a one-way platform that delivers information to target audience, it lacks real communication and deep engagement with IT decision makers. In order to converse with target audience through innovative interaction, we developed two campaigns to solve the issue:IT How & Why Cloud Q&A Platform , Intel Anti-Theft Technology Interactive Campaign.
