Tata DOCOMO one of the leading telecom operators in India has historically had poor coverage in the city of Bangalore. Post massive network upgradations the challenge was to dispel the consumer perception. We launched a search campaign using location based searches on Google to establish Tata DOCOMO’s network coverage. Whichever locality a person would search for in Bangalore, we showed the results in a map of that locality with Tata DOCOMO’s towers plotted. This gave the user a visual depiction of Tata DOCOMO’s network coverage thus helping build the story of a network from which there is no getting away.
